By accessing or using PersonaBuild ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users, paid subscribers, and administrators.
PersonaBuild is an AI-powered personal brand platform that enables users to create AI personas, clone their voice and likeness, generate scripts, and produce AI-generated video content. The Platform integrates third-party AI services including but not limited to ElevenLabs, HeyGen, and Google Gemini.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
PersonaBuild offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of each billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
By using voice cloning or avatar creation features, you confirm that: (a) you are the person whose voice or likeness is being cloned, or you have explicit written permission from that person; (b) the content will not be used for deceptive, harmful, or illegal purposes; (c) you will comply with all applicable laws regarding synthetic media and AI-generated content. PersonaBuild reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these provisions.
You agree not to use the Platform to create content that: violates any applicable law or regulation; infringes on intellectual property rights; constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination; depicts or promotes violence; is sexually explicit or pornographic; impersonates any person or entity without consent; is used for fraud, scams, or deceptive practices; or violates our Prohibited Content Policy.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform. You grant PersonaBuild a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. PersonaBuild retains all rights to the Platform, its technology, and any improvements or derivatives thereof.
PersonaBuild is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
