We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email, password), payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details), voice samples and audio recordings you upload for cloning, photos and videos you upload for avatar creation, and content you create on the Platform. We also collect usage data automatically including device information, IP address, and feature usage analytics.
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments and manage subscriptions, generate AI content using third-party services, send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing), provide customer support, and ensure platform security and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your voice or likeness data to train AI models outside of providing your personal clone.
PersonaBuild integrates with the following third-party services: ElevenLabs for voice synthesis and cloning (subject to ElevenLabs privacy policy), HeyGen for avatar video generation (subject to HeyGen privacy policy), Google Gemini for AI image and script generation, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data they receive.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Voice and image data used for cloning is stored in secure cloud storage with access controls. We retain your data for the duration of your account and for up to 30 days after deletion for backup purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You may request a copy of all data we hold about you by contacting privacy@personabuild.com. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
We use essential cookies required for platform functionality (authentication, session management) and analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
